This Frederique Constant worldtimer watch has many beautiful design elements, but the most stunning may be the mirror-like reflection on the inside lip of the bezel. Each city name around the dial has a stunning upside-down duplicate and you can really see it in this photo.
This bracelet design for the DeepBlue series came out of a desire to change the color tone (more brown, less blue, less black) and it was surprising to see beads made of wood go so well with stone beads (the agate-blue beads of the DeepBlue design).
But it worked out and at times I cannot distinguish which beads are stone and which are wood without looking very closely. Very unexpected, and fun.
My bracelets have been getting enough compliments in the last year that I’ve opened a store at http://www.vinchesidesigns.com, come visit if you are interested.
I have found that both of the candidates for president cause “gasp-inducing” reactions from average Americans across the whole political spectrum; it is truly a choice between Scylla and Charybdis and one wonders how our boat will sail through the narrow straight.
However, through this blog, I transform frustration with politics into something beautiful…
Here is a true gasp-inducer!!
